Target CI Colours-1

For us, authenticity has two faces:

Authenticity of Self: Be your true self. We want you to be the real you.

Authenticity to the client: Always be authentic when engaging with the client.

Target CI Colours-1

This is the trait that all Spitfarians share!

We’re always willing to help, willing to learn, willing to order food for each other, and definitely willing to drink coffee (and tea for those weird ones).

Target CI Colours-1

Confidence is a by product of our combined values - you can’t be confident in yourself or your ability to execute work if you aren't in an environment of trust where you're encouraged to be your authentic self, and valued and backed up by a team who are willing to help you grow.
