Terms and Conditions for Registration

 

  • Your completed booking form will be treated as course registration and an invoice will be generated.
  • Please note, payment or proof thereof must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the day of the course and/or sessions. Delegates will not be permitted entry unless payment has been made.
  • Spitfire Inbound Academy needs to be notified immediately should you not be able to attend a course and/or session that you have registered for. You may send a substitute delegate in your place (please inform us of the new name for the certificate).
  • You may transfer your session at no charge to another session, provided you do so, in writing, at least 5 working days before the session. Transfers inside of 5 days will be charged a late transfer fee of 20%.
  • You may cancel your registration, in writing, up to 5 working days before the course and/or session takes place. Cancellations inside of 5 days will be liable for the full fee.
  • Spitfire Inbound Academy reserves the right to change the date or cancel a course without liability.
  • Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given to delegates who do not attend without giving prior notice.
  • As a past delegate, you will receive notifications via email of upcoming sessions that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of these email notifications at any time quickly and permanently.
